Initial Submission & Review
Full Information
For watches being sold, we require full information and images of the timepiece, including:
- model/reference number
- dial
- case back
- serial number (if visible)
- original boxes/papers (if available).
Review
Our expert team conducts a preliminary review of images to verify obvious hallmarks, model correctness and condition.

In-house Inspection & Verification
Once accepted, each timepiece undergoes a multi-point authentication process:
Visual & physical inspection by specialist staff checking case-back, dial, hands, movement, serial/model numbers, finishes, and hallmark features.
Movement & function check to ensure proper operation.
Database cross-check against watch registration, lost/stolen watch lists, and grey-market records.
Documentation verification (box, papers, warranty card) where applicable.
Photography and record-keeping for internal audit and buyer assurance.
