How do I know the watch is genuine?

We use a comprehensive authentication protocol involving a multi-point inspection, serial number verification, movement check, and expert review. Only then do we list the watch for sale under our guarantee.

If I’m selling a watch to you, what do you check?

We review your initial submission (images & details) and conduct a full inspection in-house. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a purchase offer agreement based on condition and market value.

What happens if a watch is found to be counterfeit after purchase?

If our authentication misses something, we honour our guarantee. We’ll investigate, and if authenticity cannot be verified, you will be eligible for a full refund based on terms outlined in our policy.

Do you provide any warranty?

Yes. Unless a manufacturer’s warranty already applies, our watches include an in-house warranty (e.g., 12 months) covering verified authenticity and movement issues. Damage from misuse or third-party servicing may not be covered – see our full warranty policy for details.

Can I request a specific model you don’t currently stock?

Absolutely. Provide us with brand, model/reference number, dial/version, condition preference and budget. We’ll leverage our sourcing network and extend our inspection protocol to any acquisition.

Are the prices on the site inclusive of all fees?

Prices shown are as listed. Additional costs (such as IPP/credit-card surcharge, shipping insurance, GST/export duties) may apply depending on your payment method and location. We will outline all costs up front once you decide to purchase.

Where is your showroom? Can I view the watch in person?

Yes. We have a showroom where you can inspect the watch, try on models, and meet our team. We encourage booking an appointment for a personalised experience—please contact us to schedule.

How do you handle lost or stolen watch checks?

Each timepiece is screened against active lost/stolen watch databases and market records. We will not trade or list watches flagged by credible sources as missing or stolen.

What’s your procedure for trade-in?

Simply submit your watch details and images or call us and we will guide you through our process. We assess condition, value, and authenticity. If accepted, we provide a clear agreement or trade-in offer with transparent terms.
