2.1. The Finest Time specializes in the sale, purchase, and authentication of luxury watches.
2.2. We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
2.3. All watches listed are subject to availability and prior sale.
Product Authenticity and Condition
3.1. Every watch sold through The Finest Time undergoes a multi-point authentication and inspection process conducted by our in-house specialists.
3.2. Each authenticated watch comes with an Authentication Certificate detailing its condition and verification summary.
3.3. Pre-owned watches may show signs of wear. We strive to represent each timepiece accurately through photos and descriptions, but minor variations may occur.
Pricing and Payments
4.1. All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.
4.3. Payment must be made in full before ownership transfer. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment gateway.
4.4. The Finest Time reserves the right to decline any transaction at our discretion.
Selling
5.1. Sellers must provide accurate information and documentation regarding the watch.
5.2. Upon submission, our team will conduct an inspection and provide an agreement outlining pricing, fees, and terms.
5.3. The Finest Time is not responsible for loss or damage to watches caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., theft, fire, natural disasters).
Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
6.1. Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:
- The item is proven to be non-authentic, or
- There is a significant undisclosed defect.
6.3. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by the original certificate and packaging.
6.4. Watches sold by The Finest Time include either a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) or a 12-month in-house authenticity warranty.
Intellectual Property
7.1. All website content — including logos, text, images, and trademarks — is the property of The Finest Time and may not be reproduced without written consent.
